Counseling & Trauma Services In Conroe

Jean Mach
LPC
jmach@capstoneconnect.net
Hello. I’m Jean Mach, LPC. My passion is to facilitate personal growth, self-awareness, and improved interpersonal functioning for clients through a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I use a range of theoretical orientations, primarily Family Systems and DBT concepts of Mindfulness. The needs of each client determine whether a behavioral or a psychodynamic approach is more helpful.
Understanding of self is a basic tenet of therapy. I use imagery along with verbal expression to reinforce self-awareness, personal strengths, and problem-solving abilities among my clients. I work effectively with those who have current or past trauma, major depression, anxiety, grief and loss, or difficulties with emotional regulation.
Please join me in facing your challenges. Together we will develop solutions to improve your quality of life and relationships.

Hello, I'm Blythe Cordova, a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in helping children and teenagers navigate life's challenges. With a focus on building trust and fostering emotional growth. I use a combination of techniques found in Child-Centered Play Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore and heal.
